Meet the Band
Dave Daniel
Vocals
Dave is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, and songwriter with a long history in the Baltimore music scene. He now brings his vocal and lyrical talents to Glassphalt as the band’s frontman. His previous bands include Prototype Blue (guitar/lead vocals); Gypsy Sixpence, Lola, and E.Joseph & the Sparrows (drummer); and has released a large body of work as a solo recording artist.
Ron Tsao
Guitar
Ron, the newest member of Glassphalt, brings the ripping leads and soaring guitar riffs that solidifies the band's sound. He brings an authentic and unique perspective to the music, drawing influence from a long list of punk and classic rock bands of yesterday -- twisting the sound into a modern vibe that is all his own. When he's not shredding on guitar you can find him mountain biking and hiking the trails.
Jack McFarlan
Bass
Jack started on the drums at the early age of 4. As a teen, he transitioned to bass and joined his first punk band. Playing in various bands led to an interest in writing and music production. Currently holding down the low frequencies in Glassphalt, he's known for his aggressive, high-energy bass lines that keep the foundation steadily planted.
Chris Schafer
Drums
Chris was born in Baltimore, Maryland and has been playing drums since he was a kid. He still plays his Ludwig “Psychedelic Red” drum kit that he bought as a teenager. Chris is a skater, runner, and a vintage car and motorcycle enthusiast whose always loved the energy of punk rock. He’s hitting the drums hard & fast with an In-your-face style that holds it all together.
